![]() If you google Chloe Ting 2 Weeks Shred Challenge, you will find Chloe’s website and many of her workout programs. I started the challenge on 15th June 2020 and finished it on 28th June 2020. ![]() Mama was like “let’s do this!” so I decided to challenge myself too! My Challenge Experience I was so amazed by her results that I started to do some research and found even more videos where people were getting results. I tried so many workout videos and free mobile apps until I bumped into a YouTube video called “i tried chloe tings 2 week abs shred! 6 month postpartum RESULTS!!” from Our Tiny Tribe (I love their videos!). I think it was due to a lack of exercise so I decided to start a routine. ![]() Check this out if you want to be introduced to a great, short commitment workout, that will REALLY work your muscles (especially if you are not used to it!).Here’s something about me… I love working out but I LOVE food more and I am not talking about healthy food here.ĭuring lock down I have been all other the place with my diet, which I could tell was impacting my body and my mood. I am actually quite surprised! I thought I would tone more in my stomach area due to a lot of the moves being for abs, but my thighs got some toning too!! Also, check out my chest gaining an inch? I should have added my butt in here too as I noticed that this did tone up a bit as my pants look nicer! I personally think that this is a great way to be introduced to a regular workout routine and if you are missing the gym, this is great as it keeps you moving, helps you focus on what to do and how to do it! I did mention that it is a bit repetative, but I understand as a lot of the moves are easy and really work your muscles. Now for the final reveal, my day 14 results: I countered this by using a resistence band where I could! I also had to do the modifyed version of a few of them due to living in an apartment and I didn’t want to disturb my neighbors. I will say upfront that this workout is VERY repetitive, I don’t mind doing the same videos (you do the same 2 videos with a rotation of a few others), but what I didn’t like was how repetitive the videos were to each other! I mean, I do get that there are certain moves that are great for working parts of your body, but when I am doing them once or twice a video for all videos I became quite bored with the workout. I also had a prior hate for burpees, but now I think that has shifted to up and down planks as I did them so much during these 2 weeks that my elbows are a bit raw (I also think I did them 5 times in one day…). Now I did try to adjust my eating, but I think with all of the working out, I was actually eating more compared to prior to the training. I saw all these YouTubers doing this challenge and decided to give it a try myself! Here is what happened: But really, I was gaining a bit of weight, not liking it, and wanted to get rid of it. ![]() ![]() Over the past two weeks I have been doing the Chloe Ting 2-week shred challenge, and I have a few items to note about it!įirst of all, let’s talk about why I decided to do this… COVID… I think that is all I need to say. ![]()
